A full–service business checking account for businesses with higher activity volume or higher average balances.

Minimum to open:

Minimum amount to open — $100

Minimum balances and fees:

• No monthly minimum balance requirement
• Monthly account maintenance fee only $12.00
• Monthly transaction fees:
  • Checks/debits posted (each) — $0.14
  • Deposits/credits posted (each) — $0.35
  • Items deposited — $0.08

Account features and benefits:

• Unlimited withdrawals and deposits
• Monthly fee and per–item charges are calculated by account analysis. Fees may be directly offset with an earnings credit based on collected account balances*
• Imaged checks and deposit slips with monthly statement
• Free online banking with bill payment option

*Earnings credit based upon average collected balance, less 10% reserve, multiplied by the average 90–day T–bill discount rate.

Commercial Checking with Interest (NOW)

A full–service business checking account for organizations that legally may earn interest. Non–profit corporations and sole proprietary businesses are eligible for this account.

Minimum to open:

Minimum amount to open — $100

Monthly fee:

• Minimum daily balance to avoid maintenance fee — $3,000
• Average daily balance to avoid maintenance fee — $6,000
• Monthly account maintenance fee only $15.00
